About Us

Sekolah Rendah Tahfiz Negeri Pahang (SRTNP) is an Islamic primary school that combines Quranic memorisation with academic learning. SRTNP established its own independent management, SRTNP Sdn. Bhd., in 2024. Today, SRTNP operates under Yayasan Pahang, continuing its mission to nurture students who excel both spiritually and academically, with strong character and values.

Education Philosophy

SRTNP aims to generate students who are physically, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, and socially competent and have the ability to integrate the essence of Al-Quran and various knowledge disciplines through an interactive and enjoyable teaching and learning process. The teachers facilitate active learning by providing continuous guidance and support. SRTNP offers a curriculum that integrates self-identity values parallel to the academic standards established by Yayasan Pahang, to produce well-balanced and exceptional students who have the ability to cope with challenges as future leaders.

What is our education approach?

Differentiate learning: a teaching method where teachers modify their instruction to meet the diverse needs, abilities, interests and learning styles of their students. The goal is to ensure all students can access the learning content and achieve the learning outcomes, but through different paths.

Extracurricular

Sekolah Rendah Tahfiz Negeri Pahang provides a diverse range of extracurricular activities, including Uniform Units, sports and games, clubs and associations, as well as elective clubs. These activities complement the academic curriculum by fostering teamwork, leadership, and physical fitness while allowing students to explore their interests and talents beyond the classroom, promoting holistic development.

How to apply for SRTNP?

Click the ‘Register’ button, it will bring applicants to the official ASIS Portal of SRTNP. All applications and results can be viewed in this portal.

If the application is unsuccessful, what can we do?

Appeals can be submitted through the ASIS system. Appeal results will depend on available vacancies; in case any selected candidates decline the offer.

Can applicants that are not in Standard 1 can apply?

Yes, but they still must go through the test, interview and depend on available vacancies.

Are there boarding facilities for students?

No, SRTNP is a daily school.

What is the daily schedule like at the school?

Hafazan class during morning, academic/KAFA class from afternoon until evening and prayer times in between.

Is my child required to be able to read the Quran before applying?

The minimum requirement is Iqra 4.
